P.S Thank you Camooh for kindly letting me reference heavily your TOS (╥﹏╥)By commissioning me for custom artwork or using any of my copyrighted material, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below. Under no circumstances can my TOS be overwritten unless we've agreed otherwise.Some rules might be changed by time ahead and you're free to ask me anytime regarding the rules!
Breaking the TOS may lead to:

I. general information
product description
✦ You'll receive watermarked files and unwatermarked PNG files of the art by Google Drive.✦ Canvas size for all illustration/art works 300DPI 2000px+ and animation works are in 1920x1080px [depending on type].

✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work, sketches/WIPs on my social media or use the artwork I made for you as advertising purposes (ex. to advertise my commissions or art), unless you state to me you don't want it publicized.✦ I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.✦ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.✦ The product is strictly for your personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

✦ Proship (zoophilia, necrophilia, pedophilia, incest, aging up minor characters for NSFW purposes)
✦ Art in someone else’s style

III. ORDERING PROCESS
general information
✦ If you buy two commissions/two characters, you get a discount of 10$ (discount only applies to semi-cellshade/full-render illustration)!✦ Revisions will be done 3-4 times for regular artwork (illustration & chibi), however for animation can be done several times depending on the work. Revisions aren't available for skeb/experimental commissions. Feel free to always ask me the progress of the work!✦ Please provide a clear image/reference sheet of the character, and optionally specific details you want about the art like poses, expressions, ect. to help me understand better with your request.✦ Artwork willl be heavily stylized on my style.✦ All discussion will be held in private message (Instagram/Discord), please message me if you're interested for a commission!✦ Please discuss with me thoroughly if you're commissioning a work for commercial purposes.✦ Delivery of artwork will take estimate within a week~2 months depending on my schedule/queue/work complexity

✦ Add an extra character = 2× price✦ Flat/pattern background 0$✦ Props/object 5-10$✦ Complex design 5-10$✦ Scenery background 15-30$ (can do nature, buildings)
Payment & FEES
✦ Full payment must be immediately done in the span of a week after i send the rough sketch, if not, i'm canceling the commission and discarding the sketch.✦ It's possible to do 50/50, however I prefer immediate full payments.✦ Never send payment without my approval first.✦ A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.✦ Payment is done through paypal or ko-fi (USD).
Refunds
✦ If you wish to cancel the commission before payment, you may tell me and there won't be any charges.✦ Asking for a refund when the art piece is completed isn't allowed.✦ If you want a refund but the art is still not completed, I'll only charge for what I've done so far.✦ I have the right to not finish a commission for urgent purposes (guaranteed refund).
IV. Commission work usage

✦ Print the work for personal use (keychain, poster, ect.)
✦ Use the work as a profile picture, header, video thumbnail, etc. (credit is optional but is appreciated)
✦ Use the artwork in any way you desire as reference for self-study.
✦ Repost the artwork on social media, with credit to me.
❌ YOU CAN'T...
✦ Claim the artwork as yours.
✦ Remove my watermark/signature
✦ Color in / commission other artists to color my sketches or lineart / commission another artist to finish and touch up the product I've made.
✦ Reproduce the work commercially without my agreement.
✦ Put usage of AI within my works or commissioned works, no matter if it's for personal use.
✦ Use my art for NFT.
